What to know about the order and delivery process
Choose your product
Our store is divided into categories (see sidebar menu at the shop page). All products listed in the categories can also be found in the navigation menu under Products. You can also use the Shop by Applications page to find what you’re looking for. If you can’t find a product, use the search box. Keywords or product names can be used.
Product specifications can be found by scrolling down on each individual product page. If you need more information, go to the support page and look for documentation and product manuals.

Choose currency & Add to Basket
For our customers in the United Kingdom it is possible to choose GBP as currency. If you want to pay in Great Britain Pounds, be sure Pounds Sterling is selected as currency before you add the product to the basket. For all other countries we advise to select Euro as currency.
Click the “Buy Now” or “Add to Basket” button for the item you wish to order. This places the item in the shopping basket. You will be redirected to your shopping basket page.
Please check the order quantity. If you need more than one, change the quantity and click the “Update basket” button.
The item is removed by clicking the button marked with a red “x”, to the left of the item in the shopping basket. The shopping basket is automatically updated. You will get an “Item removed” warning message. You can undo the change by clicking ‘Undo’.
If you’re not ready to checkout yet, click Continue Shopping. This will take you back to the shopping area.
Billing and shipping information
The shopping basket page will open after clicking the shopping basket icon in the navigation bar or the link in the top menu.
When you’re ready to complete your order, click Checkout. Please fill in the address details. Shopping at MobeyeStore is safe: your customer data is transferred via a secure connection.
Due to European tax rules, the VAT is adjusted to the destination country at checkout. Please note that this may affect the final price you will be charged.
All of the products sold on our website are subject to EU tax legislation. The prices on our website are displayed in EUR (or GBP) and include Dutch VAT. Your final price may differ depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order. Your final price during checkout will reflect the correct VAT rate for the destination country of your order.
If you are a company, please state your company’s VAT number. This may have an effect on the VAT charged.
Shipping to non-EU countries is subject to a 0% tax. This only applies to orders where both the billing and delivery addresses come from outside Europe. If the VAT charge is not automatically removed, please contact our customer service to have it removed.
Upon delivery, you must pay taxes and duties to your local customs.

Shipping address different from billing address
When you place your order at MobeyeStore, the billing address of that order is automatically selected as the shipping address. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please fill in the delivery details.
MobeyeStore accepts several payment methods, among which Credit/Debit Card, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24 and KBC/CBC payment button. The payment is collected by the payment service provider on behalf of Telecontrol Services. This is a trade name of Mobeye B.V.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order.
We usually ship the day after payment is made. Depending on the country of destination, the delivery time is approximately 2-10 working days.
