Step 1
Choosing Your Product
Browse by category using the sidebar on the shop page, or use the Shop by Product menu or Shop by Application menu if you already know what you need to monitor or protect. A search bar is available for product names and keywords.
Full product specifications are available on each product page by scrolling down. Supporting documentation (datasheets, user manuals) is available under the Download tab.

Step 2
Currency & Basket
Prices are shown in EUR by default. Customers in the United Kingdom can switch to GBP using the currency selector — do this before adding items to your basket.
- Click Add to Basket on the product page. You are taken to the basket automatically.
- Adjust the quantity if needed, then click Update Basket.
- To remove an item, click the × to its left. The basket updates immediately and the action can be undone.
- Click Continue Shopping to return to the shop without checking out.
Step 3
Checkout: Billing and Delivery Address
Open your basket from the navigation bar and click Checkout. Enter your billing address — all data is transmitted over a secure connection.
Your billing address is used as the delivery address by default. If you need to deliver elsewhere, fill in a separate shipping address on the checkout page.
VAT
VAT is adjusted at checkout based on your destination country, in line with European tax regulations. The price you see in the shop includes Dutch VAT at 21% — this may change when you enter your delivery address.
If you are ordering as a business, enter your VAT number during checkout. This may affect the VAT rate applied to your order.
Orders where both the billing and delivery addresses are outside the EU are charged at 0% VAT. If VAT is not removed automatically, contact us and we will correct it before you pay.
Please note: local customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not included in our prices.

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Costs below are exclusive of VAT.

Step 4
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods. Payment is processed securely by our payment service provider on behalf of Telecontrol Services, a trading name of Mobeye B.V.
Credit/Debit Card, iDEAL | Wero, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24 and KBC/CBC.
If a payment fails, check your details and try again. If the problem continues, contact us and we will help you through it.
An order confirmation email is sent automatically once payment is complete.
Step 5
Delivery Time
We dispatch most orders the next business day after payment is confirmed. If a delay of more than three business days is unavoidable, we will let you know.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been handed to the carrier.
