Mobeye CML4015-HP – Industrial Sensor Monitoring Module
The Mobeye Standard Industrial Sensor Transmission Module (SISTM) CML4015-HP is designed for continuous industrial sensor monitoring. It converts analogue sensor signals into meaningful measurements such as pressure in mbar, soil moisture in percentage, water conductivity, and vacuum levels. The module supports sensors with output ranges of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA and features a 2-channel input for flexible monitoring.
Housed in a robust IP66-rated enclosure, the CML4015-HP is protected against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. All measurements are logged and displayed via the Mobeye Portal, ensuring real-time visibility of sensor performance.
Continuous Monitoring for Reliable Performance
The CML4015-HP is powered externally via 12–24 VDC, enabling uninterrupted continuous measurement of connected sensors. Unlike the battery-operated CML4015-LP, it does not rely on periodic sampling. Continuous monitoring ensures that any deviations, fluctuations, or critical threshold breaches are detected immediately. This makes the module ideal for industrial processes where downtime, equipment failure, or safety risks must be prevented.
The CML4015-HP not only monitors sensor values continuously but also supervises its own power supply. If the supply voltage fails, a separate notification is issued. When a configured limit is exceeded or undershot, an alarm message is sent immediately, including the current measured value.
Alarm Notifications and Escalation
The CML4015-HP allows configuration of minimum and maximum alarm thresholds for each input channel. When a threshold is exceeded or undershot, the module sends immediate alerts via:
- Mobeye Messages App (iOS/Android)
- Voice calls
- SMS text messages
- Email notifications
Push notifications can be set with an escalation plan or group message. In an escalation plan, acknowledgement by a recipient prevents further escalation. If no acknowledgement is received, the system automatically triggers a phone call. There is no limit on the number of contacts.
Integration with Mobeye SIM, Portal, and App
The CML4015-HP operates with a Mobeye SIM card, using the 4G LTE-M network with 2G fallback for reliable connectivity. It integrates seamlessly with the Mobeye Portal and Mobeye Messages App, allowing full configuration, monitoring, and alert management online or via mobile devices.
How the CML4015-HP Works

The Mobeye SISTM CML4015-HP continuously measures the analogue sensor values. Any sensor with a suitable output signal can be connected.
- Choose a suitable sensor and place it together with the Mobeye SISTM.
- Configure the warm-up time, calibration value, logging frequency, alarm limits, and other settings and designate contacts for notifications.
- If the alarm limits are exceeded or undershot, the SISTM promptly sends alarm messages to the designated contacts.
The logged values are available online in table and graph form.
