Mobeye CML4015-HP 4–20 mA / 0–10 V Remote Sensor Monitoring
The Mobeye CML4015-HP is a remote monitoring module for analogue sensors with 0–1 V, 0–10 V or 4–20 mA outputs. It continuously monitors two sensor inputs and sends an alarm when a configured minimum or maximum value is exceeded.
The measured values are transmitted to the Mobeye Portal for remote sensor monitoring, data logging and analysis. This makes the CML4015-HP suitable for permanent installations where an existing analogue sensor needs to be monitored remotely.
4–20 mA and 0–10 V remote monitoring
The CML4015-HP is designed for remote monitoring of sensors with common analogue output signals.
It supports:
4–20 mA sensor monitoring
The 4–20 mA signal is widely used for industrial sensors and measurement equipment. The CML4015-HP reads the signal and converts it into a measurement value for remote monitoring and alarm notification.
0–10 V sensor monitoring
The 0–10 V output is commonly used by sensors and measurement equipment in technical installations. The CML4015-HP continuously monitors the signal and can generate an alarm when a configured limit is exceeded.
0–1 V sensor monitoring
The CML4015-HP also supports sensors with a 0–1 V analogue output.
The sensor is not included.
Remote monitoring of an existing sensor
The CML4015-HP adds remote monitoring to an existing analogue sensor. Connect the sensor to one of the two analogue inputs and configure the required measurement range and alarm limits.
The module reads the sensor signal and transmits the measurement through the mobile network. The value can then be viewed remotely and recorded for later reference.
This makes the CML4015-HP a practical analogue sensor monitoring module for installations where a local sensor already provides the required measurement.
Monitor two sensor values
The CML4015-HP has two analogue inputs, allowing two sensor values to be monitored with one device.
Each input can be configured separately, including the input type, measurement range, calibration value, conversion value and alarm limits.
Continuous remote sensor monitoring
The CML4015-HP uses an external 12–24 V DC power supply and provides continuous measurement. This makes it suitable for permanent installations where an analogue sensor needs to be monitored continuously.
Minimum and maximum alarm limits can be configured for each sensor input. When a configured limit is exceeded or undershot, the Mobeye system can send an alarm notification.
The CML4015-HP also monitors its own power supply and can report a power failure.
Remote 4–20 mA monitoring for technical installations
The CML4015-HP can be used wherever an analogue sensor needs to be monitored remotely. Examples include:
- Pressure monitoring
- Connect a compatible pressure sensor and monitor the pressure remotely. An alarm can be generated when the configured pressure limit is reached.
- Vacuum monitoring
- Monitor a compatible vacuum sensor remotely and receive an alarm when the measured value moves outside the configured range.
- Water conductivity monitoring
- Monitor the conductivity value from a compatible sensor and receive an alert when the value exceeds a configured limit.
- Soil moisture monitoring
- Connect a compatible soil moisture sensor for remote monitoring of soil moisture measurements.
The application depends on the connected sensor, its output signal and its measurement range.
Remote measurement and data logging
Measured values are recorded and can be viewed in the Mobeye Portal. The data can be displayed as tables and graphs, making it possible to review measurement history and changes over time.
The Portal also provides access to device status, settings and event history.
Alarm notifications
The CML4015-HP operates with a Mobeye SIM card, using the 4G LTE-M network with 2G fallback for reliable connectivity. It integrates seamlessly with the Mobeye Portal and Mobeye Messages App, allowing full configuration, monitoring, and alert management online or via mobile devices.
When a configured sensor limit is exceeded or undershot, the Mobeye module sends immediate alerts through the Mobeye Messages App, voice call, SMS and email.
The notification system supports group messages and escalation plans. This allows an alarm to be sent to several contacts or escalated when an alarm is not acknowledged. There is no limit on the number of contacts.
Designed for permanent installations
The CML4015-HP is externally powered with 12–24 V DC and has an IP66 enclosure. It is intended for permanent installations where continuous analogue sensor monitoring is required.

CML4015-HP or CML4015-LP?
Choose the CML4015-HP when a permanent 12–24 V DC power supply is available and continuous sensor monitoring is required. Choose the CML4015-LP when no permanent power supply is available and periodic measurement is suitable.
Check your sensor before ordering
The CML4015-HP is a remote monitoring module, not a sensor. The connected sensor must have a compatible analogue output.
