All You Need Is a SIM Card — Included in the Box

Unlike home alarm systems that depend on your broadband router, a Mobeye caravan alarm communicates entirely over the mobile network. Every Mobeye device comes with an M2M SIM card ( (low-cost, flat-fee, multi-provider) already included in the box. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication occurs over the 4G network with 2G as a fallback. When using your own SIM card, the operation is “stand-alone”, without using the Mobeye Portal. The alarm notifications are sent via SMS and telephone call to (max.) 5 contacts.

There is no separate data plan to arrange and no complex configuration before the device connects. Simply install the device, register it on the Mobeye Portal, and it is ready to send alerts from virtually any location with mobile coverage — a campsite, a storage yard, a rural field or a driveway.
