The Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog CML4055 is a compact measuring instrument for monitoring analogue values. With two inputs for measuring values between 0V and 48V, it is ideally suited as a battery monitor. The CML4055 provides you with a full insight into the voltage trend and delivers notifications in the event of deviations. The built-in communication module can connect to both 4G LTE-M and 2G networks.
Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog CML4055 – Voltage Monitor & Alarm
The Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog CML4055 is a compact instrument designed for precise monitoring of analogue values, ideal for use as a batteryguard. Equipped with two input channels capable of measuring values ranging from 0V to 48V, it excels as a battery monitor. When the voltage from a connected battery or sensor exceeds preset limits, the device triggers an alarm notification and logs the measured values for convenient access via the online portal. The CML4055 can operate solely on battery power or with external power support, providing flexibility for various applications. Its built-in communication module offers compatibility with both 4G LTE-M and 2G networks.
Alarm Notifications and Logging
In the event of an alarm, the Mobeye CML4055 offers versatile notification options, including app alerts (the Mobeye Messages App is available for both iOS and Android), telephone call notifications with voice messages, text messages, and email alerts. Multiple contact persons can be configured to receive customised alarm messages. The device’s log functionality is accessible through the Mobeye Internet Portal, where logged values are sent periodically and after an alarm, displayed in a clear table format and as graphical representations.
The Mobeye CML4055 can run for over a year on a single set of batteries. When using an external power source (12-24V DC or mains), it also sends “power failure” notifications.
Flexible Inputs and Output Control
The Mobeye CML4055 features two inputs suitable for analogue measurement (AN) as well as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts. In case of an alarm, an internal piezo siren can sound as an audible indication. Additionally, the CML4055 provides an open collector output that allows control of external devices.
Battery Monitoring System, Voltage Alarm, Batteryguard
The CML4055 serves as an efficient 4G battery monitoring system aimed at preventing damage. It aids in identifying deep discharges, a common cause of battery malfunction, by triggering alarms when voltage levels deviate from preset limits. Moreover, it offers an open collector output that can activate the switching of a battery or device in response to critical conditions.
How it Works
The Mobeye CML4055 monitors the voltage value of a connected battery or analogue sensor. It continuously measures the values to immediately alarm in the event of deviations and to log these periodically.
Connect a battery or analogue sensor to one of the inputs.
Set the minimum and maximum analogue limits, log frequency, and designate contacts for notifications.
If the voltage falls below or exceeds the set thresholds, the CML4055 sends alarm messages to designated contacts. Voltage trends can be conveniently monitored online through tables and graphs.
Typical Applications for the Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog CML4055
The Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog CML4055 voltage monitor and voltage alarm is applicable in various scenarios, including:
Monitoring the battery voltage of aggregates and generators or serving as a backup for the backup system.
Utilised by rental companies aiming to monitor the usage of their equipment and its batteries.
Adopted by boat owners seeking assurance that the boat battery is operational on their well-deserved day off.
Used by battery owners who recognise that batteries become ineffective if over-drained.

Connectivity
4G LTE-M (worldwide) + 2G EGSM Quad band the Mobeye SIM card and Internet Portal provide full functionality and optimum security. The 4G LTE-M network is very reliable and ensures a strong penetration against low energy consumption. 2G is available as a fallback
2G EGSM Quad band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) when using your own SIM card, the device works (only) on 2G. The operation is “stand-alone”, without using the Mobeye Portal and without the log function. The alarm notifications are sent via SMS and telephone call to (max.) 5 contacts. Programming is done via (simple) SMS commands
Accessories (not included)
mains adapter
external antenna
Mobeye SIM, Portal & App service
The Mobeye Internet Portal offers a clear dashboard and essential functions, such as graphs and log values, history, status and position (Cell-Id), online programming, setting up the messages and push notifications per app. The ‘keep–alive’ monitor offers extra security by monitoring the receipt of test messages. You can activate the supplied Mobeye SIM card online.

All Mobeye monitoring devices require a SIM card for communication. The product comes with a budget-friendly SIM card, which provides direct access to the Mobeye Internet portal. Alternatively, you have the flexibility of using your own SIM card.
SIM The Mobeye M2M SIM card provides the device with full functionality, allowing access to the Mobeye Internet Portal and App.
With the Mobeye SIM card, communication occurs over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as a fallback. When you insert your own SIM card, the device utilises the 2G network. Alarm messages are then transmitted via SMS and/or call to a maximum of 5 telephone numbers.
The Mobeye SIM card is PIN-protected and exclusively functions in a Mobeye device. Please refrain from inserting it into another device. For further information about the Mobeye SIM card, visit: mobeye.com/en/sim-cards. The rate for utilising the Mobeye Internet Portal and the SIM card can be found at mobeye.com/en/sim-portal.
Free App for your Smartphone The Mobeye Messages app is available for download from the Google Play (Android) and Apple App Stores (iOS).
